After two really hard weeks adjusting to our new schedule and Owen being sick, Labor Day finally rolled around! That meant we had a three day weekend!!! Mike and I decided that no matter how much work we had to do, we were still going to make time as a family for a little fun :)
Friday night we started off making our own French bread pizzas. Kate had her first gymnastics class so while Mike took her there, Savannah, Owen, and I picked up the ingredients.

Saturday we went swimming but I forgot the camera :(
Sunday after church we went back up to the Science Center for some low key fun.

At the end of our visit we stumbled upon an alligator petting! And even Owen wanted to touch it. I was surprised. At about 3:00 we all kind of hit a wall and it was time to go but it was definitely fun to spend time as a family without worrying about school stuff!!
