A Bad Idea

I am not sure what possessed us to go to Sea World the weekend before New Year's but nevertheless we did. We should have known from the way things started....

after church we headed out stopping at Wendy's for a drive thru lunch. It was a high of 60 so we were all dressed in many layers. Notice Owen's hoodie.
About 5 mins from Sea World Owen threw up his entire lunch - all over his shirt and heavy jacket. And even though I am quite sure Owen is the most throwing up child on Earth, guess who still hasn't learned to pack extra clothes? So we stopped off at the CVS and bought $30 worth of Disney clothes....ughhh.
There....that's better

Our second clue should have been that it took us 30 mins to enter and park! Sea World was packed!!!

Our first stop was the Polar Express where we got to see Santa
Look at this crowd! You could hardly move an inch without bumping into someone...
We decided the Shamu show would be the safest place for us
Notice the soak zone is empty!! it was freezing!!!

Then we rode a few of the kiddie rides...
And on our way out we stopped to see Savannah's favorite....the sting rays :)

This is why we saved it for last :) She was soaked!
Overall it was probably a bad idea to go, but we made the best of the weather, the barf, and the people.
