Lately! Knoxville Edition

So we have finally started to settle in here in Knoxville! We haven't explored the city too much but we are having fun nonetheless :)

We adopted this sweet cat from our neighbor who was moving and could not take the cat with him. Her name is Tiger and she isn't convinced we are up to the task.....but we're trying. The best thing about Tiger is that she is a mostly outdoor/self-sufficient cat. Low maintenance is exactly what I am looking for!

Owen has been clocking a lot of Play-doh time lately and this day Owen challenged me, Grandpa John, and himself to see who could make the best Sponge Bob.

I have gone on three interviews recently and have been getting dressed up a little. Owen decided one morning as I was getting ready he wanted to be a little professional too!

During our down time in the evenings we've been watching plenty of Pioneer Woman. Owen and I decided to make a blackberry cobbler. It looked super easy and also super yummy!

On Friday I took the kids to see the Minion movie!

And finally, we took off on Saturday morning to visit Papa T over in Crossville TN in his new house! It's a little bit of a hike over there but he has a couple of nice state parks close to him. One even had a waterfall!
