This morning the girls and I decided that it was time to get our tree up! Usually this is a really fun time for us, but because Owen is so mobile and so touchy I am kind of sad because I know I can't put out all my Christmas things. I like to put candle lights in the windows and I like to hang up the stockings but this year safety is an issue! So basically the tree is it!

What started out as fun quickly turned difficult. Owen was removing ornaments faster than we could get them on and Savannah's "Whine Monster" reared its ugly head. So we lost Owen to a nap and Savannah to a major meltdown. Mike hates decorating the tree so that left just me and Kate.
The final product!! And we only broke two ornaments in the process. It was nice doing the tree with just Kaitlyn but it made me sad that the whole family couldn't do it together! Hey, maybe next year! :)
