After Savannah's birthday (the third day in Gatlinburg) things settled into more of a comfortable fun. The kids were able to get a little more sleep and we got used to all the activity. On Wednesday we woke up early and went for a hike at Laurel Falls. It was beautiful but also quite steep and I had to pray and count under my breath to keep from completely freaking out watching my kids run around on such a steep slope :)
