Elmo Live!

For part of Owen's birthday I decided to use some of his money to take him to see Elmo Live! at the Bob Carr Performing Arts Center. The show was last night and he was so excited!! He got all decked out in his Elmo shirt, his Elmo hat, and his Cookie Monster socks!! I gave him his ticket and he was all ready to go!

For most of the hour drive he asked if we were going to Grammy's house but when we walked in and he saw the characters on stage he was so excited!!! He kept calling our their names, "Count, Big Bird, Cookie Monster!!" It was priceless!

After the first 30 mins or so he was more interested in the chairs than in the show :)

During intermission we went and got him a little light up Elmo toy and some M&M's. That helped him to sit for the remainder of the show.

On the way out he said, "Me like it." That made the entire trip worth it to me! :)

Exhausted from all the excitement! :)

Another Owen adventure - the other day he decided he wanted to feed our fish...his goldfish!!!
