Slowly Getting Back into the Swing of Things...

After the 10+ days of being down with sick kids, things are very slowly returning to normal. This has just been a really weird fall. It has gotten cold early and the deadly sickness came early so I really just don't know what to expect next!

I got this sweet little ornament as a gift from one of my preschool families who winters in Norway (seriously). Such a sweet thought, but the thing kind of freaks me out....a little too life like maybe! :) 

The other day Savannie and I had a fun today together! I dropped Owen off at school and then worked as a volunteer in her school book fair for a few hours. Her class came in to shop and I spoiled her with a completely unnecessary sticker book about dogs! Totally loved it! Then I stayed and ate lunch with her.

Turned out they had a sub all week so she talked me into checking her out early! :) We went and got Strawberry Slushies....

I don't often get to spend tons of one on one time with just her but I loved every minute of it! Next week is going to be CRAZY! We have Christmas Programs, a Winter Concert, an Ugly Sweater Christmas Luncheon, and a Staff Breakfast. I may have lots of post or nothing at all! :) Sounds like I am going to be full for most of the week though!
