After Kaitlyn broke her ankle on Sunday afternoon, we had to wait until Friday morning to see the Orthopedic Dr. So for 4 days we were cooped up at home with Kate on bedrest.

And I gave her a pedicure!
Finally we were finally able to get into the Orthopedic Dr. We found out that her break was worse than we originally thought and we were given a temporary wrapping and sent to get a CT scan. |
We were scheduled to come back on Tuesday to find out if she would need surgery or not.
So in the meantime, she was still on bedrest. But before we got back home, we went out for a nice lunch.

Tuesday finally rolled around and we found out that she in fact didn't need surgery! Yay!! But she did need a full leg cast and weekly x-rays.

| Nowadays you can find her navigating the house, climbing the stairs, and even making it outside to sit in the sunshine!!! She is such a trooper! |
