Saturday was my Christmas present wrap day! I spent the vast majority of the day surrounded my wrapping paper, bows, and tape. So the kids just tried to stay out of my way. Savannah spent quite a bit of time playing outside. This is what she found:

When I asked her if they were alive she casually replied, "No, I took a rock and smashed their heads. Now we can go fishing!" When Mike told her that fish usually prefer live worms she wasn't the least bit deterred. She went right back out and found a whole bunch of live ones :)

And my most thrilling event of the day!
Owen has this recent habit of asking for who he wants to change him, feed him, put him down to bed, etc. And since I am definitely his favorite person right now it is almost always me he asks for! But for whatever reason this morning he asked for Kate!!! I think that this is only the second time Kaitlyn has ever changed a diaper and she was NOT happy about it :)
